Before Power Packaging was North America’s leading contract manufacturer for food and beverage consumer packaged goods, it was a small, privately-owned company with a can-do attitude and entrepreneurial spirit. Five decades later, that spirit still permeates everything we do and inspires us to keep innovating.

Today, we are backed by DHL, which gives us the financial strength and supply-chain sophistication to provide more innovative and efficient commercialization solutions than ever before.

The Power of Partnership

Rather than fitting customers into our capabilities, we build our capabilities around our customers. This has led to highly successful innovations and unique production facilities. Many of our innovations have turned customers into longtime partners.

Power Packaging:


Introduced paperboard aseptic to North America in 1983 and established its regional manufacturing presence. 

Built a regional aseptic beverage manufacturing plant for Kraft Foods and General Foods to produce Kool-Aid® and Tang.®

Opened a high-speed, hot fill beverage plant in 1995 in Tolleson, AZ that is dedicated to Snapple® and Quaker® products.

Was selected in 1999 by General Mills to launch Very Berry Cheerios® in our Batavia plant, which was one of the most successful product launches ever.

Americanized stick-pack technology in 2002, becoming the first in North America to successfully launch Crystal Light® in a Sanko® stick-pack solution.

Commercializing 18 new products into production within 2 weeks after hurricane Katrina (2005) shut down Zatarain’s Gretna, LA plant.

Continues to provide innovative solutions to household brands such as Kraft Kool-Aid®, General Mills Betty Crocker®, Leahy IFP’s aseptic beverages, and PepsiCo Gatorade®.
